We are positive that you will love your new item or items, but we are here to assist if you are still experiencing any issues.

Return Policy

• Customers can return any unused item for any reason.
• Return requests must be submitted within 35 days of the delivery date.
• We will cover (pay) the return costs.
• The customer will be charged (deducted from the refund) 5% per item* to cover transaction and processing costs.
• We offer free exchanges. If the design does not suit you, we will exchange it for free (no fee will be charged).

*Shower curtain and bath mat sets are counted as one item

If you are purchasing from a country within the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Once we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation by email.

For eligible withdrawals under EU law:

• The 5% transaction and processing fee does not apply.
• We will provide a full refund in accordance with applicable law upon receipt of the returned item or proof of return.
• The item must be returned unused and in its original condition.
